An all-levels class to build or rebuild real ballet technique, with precise corrections, for beginners and experienced students alike.
Most adult ballet classes teach recreational ballet: the steps and the names of movements, but not the technique underneath. Ballet Foundations uses BalletPrep® Method's specialised exercises to build every essential element of ballet, with structured guidance, so you're never guessing whether you're doing it right.
Take it alongside your regular classes. You'll go back knowing what to do and how to do it, and the corrections will start making sense.
For: beginners who want a clear, structured start · experienced students fixing long-standing habits · anyone who wants real answers about posture, alignment and movement.

€23 a class · 4-class pack €80 · 3–8 students
Vaganova-based foundations for beginners and ballet-school students who want corrections that finally make sense.
In large classes, students who develop more slowly, start later, or lack natural turnout and flexibility can fall behind, with little time left for the fundamentals they need most.
This class builds the essential blocks of ballet technique, based on classical Vaganova pedagogy: alignment, coordination, placement, turnout, footwork, weight transfer and core movement patterns. Students return to their ballet school more confident and able to apply corrections.
For: beginners · students already at a ballet school who want extra support · late starters who feel they're struggling to keep up.

True ballet pedagogy for young children: alignment, coordination, turnout and footwork from the very first class.
Ballet in the early years can give a child graceful movement, body organisation, flexibility and muscle control that serve them for life. That kind of training is usually found only inside formal ballet academies.
Through BalletPrep® Method's structured exercises, based on classical Vaganova pedagogy, children build the real building blocks of ballet technique from the start: alignment, coordination, placement, turnout, footwork, weight transfer and movement patterns.

Fridays 18:00 · 55 min · Carrer Doctor Trueta 149, Sant Martí
€33 a class · 4-class pack €110 · private session €65 · max 3 students
Pilates Reformer designed for ballet dancers: turnout, core, ankle strength and alignment that support your technique. Only three reformers, so attention is close to private.
No more working the wrong muscles, or sneaking your turnout when the Pilates teacher isn't looking. The class combines the Reformer's resistance with a ballet-specific approach: core and pelvic stability, turnout, foot and ankle strength, balance and postural alignment.
The goal isn't just strength. It's useful strength for ballet, which supports your technique instead of working against it. Supplemental training for dancers of all levels.
