Includes evaluation of:
- posture and alignment
- turnout capacity and turnout control
- hip mobility
- foot and ankle strength
- flexibility
- coordination and musicality
- focus and ability to follow technical instruction
- current technical habits
The assessment identifies the child’s strengths, limitations, and priority areas for training.
Useful for children beginning ballet, already taking classes, preparing for or already undergoing more serious study.

A first session combining assessment and training.
The assessment evaluates the child’s ballet readiness, technical habits, posture and alignment, turnout capacity and control, hip mobility, foot and ankle strength, general flexibility, coordination and musicality, focus, and ability to follow technical instruction.
The private session then begins work on the main areas identified in the assessment.
Recommended for children who can benefit from individual correction, technical support alongside group classes, or a clearer starting point for serious ballet training.

One-on-one technical coaching for children. Sessions focus on the child’s specific training needs, which may include:
- pre-ballet preparatory work
- turnout preparation
- foot and ankle strength and flexibility
- general flexibility
- foundational ballet elements
- correct execution of ballet movements
- posture and placement
- balance and weight distribution
- preparation for turns and jumps
Useful as support alongside regular ballet classes or as preparation for more serious training.
